Using the service
Gigabit Studio publishes news, analysis, documentation and video. Accessing content requires an account. Creating an account establishes an agreement with us under these terms.
Your account
Use an email address you control, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
Account settings let you manage your profile, password, two-factor authentication and passkeys, sign out everywhere or delete your account.
Responsible use
Bypassing access controls, disrupting the service, introducing harmful code, infringing intellectual property or falsely implying affiliation with Gigabit Studio breaches these terms.
Automated access
You must not use AI agents, bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the service or collect its content without our prior written permission. This restriction does not prevent ordinary use of assistive technologies or uses protected by mandatory law.
Content and reuse
Gigabit Studio and its licensors hold rights in their original articles, videos, software, design and branding. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights and any accompanying licence.
You may read, link to and quote content as permitted by law. Obtain permission for other reproduction, republication or commercial reuse where required. Statutory exceptions, including quotation and reporting rights, continue to apply.
Use our name and branding accurately; permission is required to imply our endorsement or affiliation.
Newsletter and privacy
Join or leave the newsletter in Account. Each newsletter also includes an unsubscribe link. Delivery problems or complaints may pause or stop delivery.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain personal data, and your rights. Our Cookie Policy explains browser storage and how to manage it.
The newsletter, website analytics and LinkedIn posts are optional. You manage consent separately from this account agreement and can decline or turn off these features while keeping your account.
Availability and changes
We operate the service with reasonable care. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages and legal requirements can interrupt access.
We may change the service for editorial, technical, security or legal reasons. If a change adversely affects your access or use beyond a minor impact, we will explain it by email reasonably in advance. You can close your account and end the agreement at any time.
Ending or suspending access
Your account agreement continues until you or we end it. You can close your account at any time through Account settings.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people or systems, investigate misuse or comply with law. We explain the reason and give you an opportunity to respond where appropriate. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to account closure.
The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data after account deletion. Rights in published content and applicable provisions on responsibility and disputes continue after closure.
Governing law and disputes
Belgian law governs the agreement. Consumers also retain mandatory protections available under the applicable law of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable Belgian and EU law.
Contact us to seek a resolution. You retain access to available mediation and court procedures.
Changes to these Terms of Service

We publish updated terms on this page when the service or legal requirements change. We give registered users reasonable advance notice of material changes, including when they take effect and available termination rights.
